1. Platform Purpose
Digital Morpher is a digital connection platform facilitating collaborations between commercial brands and independent content creators / influencers. Submission of an onboarding request does not constitute a guaranteed commercial agreement until mutually confirmed deliverables and contracts are finalized.
2. Accurate Representation
Brands and creators represent that all submitted metrics, social channel URLs, audience figures, and brand identities are truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of engagement metrics or content ownership may result in disqualification from the platform network.
3. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Assets
By submitting images, videos, briefs, or media kits through our onboarding portal, you confirm that you hold the legal authority or license to transmit these assets for campaign evaluation purposes.
